Description:
This 90-minute (75-minutes didactics, 15-minutes Q&A) webinar will present a general overview of military family resilience. A summary of the basic demographics of military families will be presented in addition to normative stressors associated with military family life. Factors that can promote or impede military family resilience will be reviewed, as well as practical, evidence-base interventions and skills that providers can employ to enhance resilience in military families. Finally, resources regarding available programs aimed at promoting family resilience will be shared.

This course will be presented via Zoom teleconferencing software. Zoom is browser-based, however an add-in may need to be installed before attending. Microphones and webcams are not necessary, but you will need a computer with working speakers or headphones.
