Jessica Sousa

Jessica Sousa, MSW, MPH is a senior policy analyst at RAND and a licensed certified social worker. She has over a decade of experience in using qualitative and mixed method approaches to data collection and analysis. Over the last seven years, Ms. Sousa’s research contributions at RAND have centered on behavioral health care and telehealth implementation for Service members, Veterans, and civilian populations.
