Justin Tash


Justin Tash is a Military Behavioral Health Social Worker at the Center for Deployment
Psychology (CDP) at the Uniformed Services University, where he serves as the Project
Lead and Instructor for the Prevention of Harmful Behaviors in the Military initiative. He
earned his BA in Communications from Texas A&M University and his Masters in Social
Work from the University of South Florida and is currently pursuing licensure as a Clinical
Social Worker (LCSW). A former aviator and Combat Systems Officer for the U.S. Air Force,
Mr. Tash also served as a Victims Advocate supporting survivors of sexual assault and
individuals experiencing suicidal crises. As a veteran raised in a military family, he brings
both professional expertise and lived experience to his clinical and educational work
advancing behavioral health prevention, resilience, and cultural competency across
military communities.
